General terms and conditions

  1. Conclusion of contract:

The booking of a tour or a voucher is an offer. With this booking the customer signals his recognition of the General Terms and Conditions. After the booking has been completed the client will receive a conformation e-mail. As soon as the booking of a tour or a voucher is confirmed by the e-mail, the booking is binding and will be considered as a contract by both parties (client and contractor). The payment must be made in advance by credit card/PayPal or by invoice/money transfer. The maximum number of participants is 15 people. The minimum number of participants for a tour, which is available to anyone, is 5 people. Whereas a private tour requires a minimum number of participants of 10 people. In case of a private tour the amount agreed upon is due at the latest seven days before the actual tour. If the tour is booked on short notice a day of payment will be agreed upon with the customer/client.

  1. Price

The prices refer to the tours/ vouchers and are all round prices. The products tasted during the tour are also included.

  1. Right of withdrawal of the customer

Booked vouchers can be canceled up to 14 days after the booking. In this case please contact

Booked tours can be canceled free of charge up to 21 days before the actual tour. After the 21 days 50% of the all round price will be charged.

A cancellation one week before the booked tour 100% of the all round price as cancellation fee will be due.

The advice of cancellation or cancellation of a contract has to be notified in writing to

  1. Withdrawal of the contractor

The tour will take place under any weather condition. In case of cancellation of the tour because of unpredictable reasons, the customer has the possibility to book a tour on another date or will receive a total refund of the booked tour.

  1. Accountability

The participation in a tour is at own risk and the consumption of the tastings are on own authority (allergies, intolerance..) The contractor will assume no liability for people and their health, also not for damage to property. The tour is an culinary walk that covers a distance of about three kilometers. The customers has to decide for themself, weather they can meet the requirements.

  1. Ineffectiveness of individual provisions

Ineffectiveness of individual provisions of the General terms and conditions does not result in the ineffectiveness of the entire contract.
